Master Data Management (MDM) Administration Specialist

Responsibilities

• Implement solutions for physical servers, virtual servers, and data storage centers
• Contact vendors to obtain and evaluate proposals for technical feasibility
• Conduct installation, configuration, and operation of new systems
• Monitor system operations and perform necessary maintenance and backups
• Manage user accounts including creation, deletion, and group management
• Search for and implement internet security, antivirus software, and firewalls
• Prepare technical reports to support management in selecting data solutions
• Configure firewalls and implement system and password policies
• Recommend training and development interventions for team members
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement of systems and processes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent
• 5 years of experience in the same field
• Experience with MDM tools such as Informatica, SAP, or Oracle
• Proficiency in SQL and data manipulation tools
• Strong analytical skills for managing large data sets
• Familiarity with data governance concepts and practices
• Experience in IT, Data Solutions, Networking, or Cybersecurity preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified Data Privacy Solutions Engineer (CDPSE)
