Master Data Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Manage frame codification into the Frame Referential (eProm) for new and existing programs
• Monitor item flow to downstream systems including Oracle, VisionWeb, and the Frame Dream Portal
• Maintain Optifacts systems to ensure item availability and orderability
• Review Frame Global Submission Forms (GSF) for data integrity and supplement required fields
• Support Rx lens codification and setup as part of the New Product Introduction (NPI) process
• Communicate pricing updates to Finance teams and collaborate with Program Managers and Sales teams
• Provide customer service support to Lab Operations regarding item data and availability

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in new product/service launches, launch processes, or project management
• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related discipline (Supply Chain background is a plus)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel, Word, and Teams
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with diverse business partners
• Strong customer service and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of the Optifacts application
