About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end Master Data management for regional plants and co-packers across LAC (Mexico, Brazil, Chile, Uruguay, Dominican Republic, Panama).
  • Lead, organize, and develop the LAC Master Data team, including Analysts and Interns.
  • Ensure accurate and timely creation, maintenance, and governance of master data in SAP ECC P00, APO P40, and MDG.
  • Create and maintain ICC and IPC in MDG-P00, including BOMs, routings, procurement, planning, logistics, sales, and customs data.
  • Partner with Planning teams to refine parameters and optimize regional planning processes.
  • Define and implement master data standards, templates, and training to ensure consistency.
  • Design and monitor data quality controls, alert systems, and KPIs to ensure data readiness.
  • Support new product introduction (NPI) projects by collaborating with Supply Chain, Graphics, and Packaging teams.
  • Drive continuous improvement through root cause analysis and data cleanup initiatives.
  • Manage EAN barcode creation via GS1 and maintain related regulatory data.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience working within an FMCG manufacturer (drinks industry preferred).
  • 3+ years of expert SAP knowledge, specifically in master data maintenance (MM or PP modules).
  • Strong knowledge of Product Life Cycle Management (MDG PLM).
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, dynamic graphs, power query, look-ups, etc.).
  • Proven project management knowledge and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, IT, or equivalent experience.
  • Full professional proficiency in English and Spanish.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Basic working proficiency in Portuguese.
