Master Data Business Partner

Responsibilities

• Support Master Data requirements by working with various functions and business units to develop strategic roadmaps
• Serve as the primary point of contact for Mondelēz International Digital Services
• Address issues and challenges within shared services processes and third-party supplier operations
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for both internal and external business projects
• Ensure key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance management targets are met
• Support the super key user community and share best practices across the organization
• Use data to provide actionable recommendations and support decision-making processes

Requirements

• At least 5 years of SAP Master Data experience within a manufacturing, FMCG, or retail organization
• Strong understanding of the SAP landscape and data architecture
• Experience with Data Governance and compliance standards
• Proven experience in data migration and integration
• Proficiency in using data to drive business decisions
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills with various internal business units
• Excellent communication skills with high attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP S/4 HANA
• Understanding of Power BI for data visualization
