Master Data & Business Data Executive

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain master data (products, suppliers, customers) and critical business data across ERP systems
• Oversee the end-to-end New Product Introduction (NPI) process, including SKU validation and ERP listing
• Perform Bill of Material (BOM) calculations and support packaging material customization
• Collaborate with operations teams to manage weekly forecasts and reorder processes to enhance inventory planning
• Conduct regular data quality audits to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with governance policies
• Act as a central point of contact for data needs, working closely with digital, operations, procurement, and finance teams

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in Master Data Management (MDM), business data management, or ERP environments
• Proficiency in using ERP platforms
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with database tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
• Knowledge of supply chain workflows and Bill of Material (BOM) processes
• Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
