Master Data Analyst

Responsibilities

• Provide research and operational expertise to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness within the logistics function.
• Maintain, consolidate, and verify data from multiple sources to prepare summary reports, spreadsheets, and charts.
• Create and review efficient procedures for records, including invoices, purchase orders, and relevant documentation.
• Perform reporting and research activities for supplier scorecarding and maintain system accuracy.
• Enter and update information across various business systems for Warehouse, Planning, and Operations departments.
• Maintain logistics records, including inbound/outbound shipments and import compliance for international shipments.
• Manage the part number database, ensuring all master data collected from internal sources and suppliers is up to date.
• Prepare liability reports for excess and obsolete management, commodity risk, and logistics performance.
• Calculate cost savings and avoidance metrics and provide data-driven recommendations to management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in creating metrics and performing data analysis.
• Intermediate English proficiency.
• Strong knowledge of SQL for reporting purposes.
• Advanced Excel skills, specifically with Pivot Tables.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Tableau and Python.
• Experience working within the electronics manufacturing industry.
