Master Data Administrator

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain master data across multiple systems to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Create and upload templates and develop SOPs to support data processes
• Upload and maintain customer and subcontractor rates, including fuel surcharges
• Liaise with stakeholders to gather data requirements and support system rollouts
• Support data integrity by reviewing, cleansing, and updating data sets in line with operational needs
• Resolve system and rating issues while supporting users across SAP and Blue Yonder (BY) systems

Requirements

• Experience managing and maintaining master data with a strong focus on accuracy and governance
• Knowledge of SAP systems and exposure to Blue Yonder (BY) systems
• Experience working in a similar role within the transport or logistics industry
• Understanding of financial administrative processes, including rates and cost/revenue flows
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capability with the ability to manipulate data
• High attention to detail and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
