Master Craftsman/Carpenter

Responsibilities

• Lead complex residential projects including advanced remodels, bathroom renovations, and deck refacing
• Perform high-quality work across multiple trades such as carpentry, drywall, plumbing, electrical, tile, and flooring
• Diagnose customer needs and develop effective project plans, estimates, and timelines
• Manage job sites independently from start to finish while maintaining a safe and organized environment
• Provide professional customer service as the primary point of contact on-site
• Mentor and coach other team members to promote best practices and quality workmanship
• Maintain professional-grade tools and accurately track materials and project progress

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 10+ years of hands-on multi-trade experience
• Expertise in carpentry, drywall, painting, plumbing, electrical, and tile/flooring
• Ownership of professional-grade hand and power tools
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Comfort working at heights up to 32 feet
• Proficiency using tablets or smartphones for timekeeping and dispatching

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in project estimating
• Proven leadership experience in residential remodeling
• Experience mentoring apprentices or junior craftsmen
