Master Craftsman

Responsibilities

• Complete full remodel projects including kitchens, baths, siding, and interior/exterior work from start to finish
• Perform a wide range of home improvement tasks such as carpentry, drywall, flooring, and window/door installation
• Execute minor plumbing and electrical work as required for projects
• Maintain high craftsmanship standards and ensure overall project quality
• Assist with estimating remodeling jobs and project planning
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members
• Travel locally to job sites within the Brunswick County service area

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional experience in carpentry, remodeling, or construction
• Multi-trade experience including drywall, flooring, light plumbing, and light electrical
• Ability to complete full remodeling projects independently
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
• Experience with or comfort estimating remodeling jobs
• Must currently reside in Brunswick County or Wilmington, NC

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience working as a General Contractor (GC)
