Master Control Room Operator

Responsibilities

• Program, route, and monitor video content, audio signals, and OTT streams within a high-end broadcast environment
• Manage internal and external video content, including international feeds and commentary lines
• Convert customer bookings into successful live broadcasts
• Monitor intercom circuits and various connectivity types used in modern broadcasting
• Ensure seamless execution of all scheduled programming in a 24/7 operational environment

Requirements

• MBO+/HBO level of professional thinking and working ability
• Proven knowledge of high-end broadcast equipment and network systems
• Experience with professional monitoring tools
• Ability to remain stress-resistant and proactive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and a highly motivated work attitude
• Proficiency in English, as communication is partially conducted in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong interest in or existing knowledge of broadcast and multimedia technologies
• Experience working with the latest IP technology in the TV, Audio, and Media industry
