Master Control Coordinator - Quality Systems

Responsibilities

• Process Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Instructions, Job Aids, and Forms through the MasterControl Electronic Document Management System.
• Generate daily, weekly, quarterly, and monthly reports within the MasterControl system.
• Train new employees on the use of the Electronic Document Management System.
• Provide document and form status updates to relevant owners.
• Manage Smartsheet reporting and assist with troubleshooting MasterControl Docs and FBS workflows.
• Assist with the transfer of change controls and actions from legacy Quality Management Systems to MasterControl.
• Support various ongoing MasterControl projects to ensure system and metric-related compliance.
• Adhere to all PCI, cGMP, and GCP policies, procedures, and rules.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field and/or 1-3 years of related experience and/or training.
• College-level mathematical skills.
• Intermediate computer skills with the ability to perform complex tasks across various programs.
• Full professional English proficiency (speaking, reading, and writing).
• High reasoning and problem-solving skills to handle practical problems with limited standardization.
