About the role
Responsibilities
- Process Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Instructions, Job Aids, and Forms through the MasterControl Electronic Document Management System.
- Generate daily, weekly, quarterly, and monthly reports within the MasterControl system.
- Train new employees on the use of the Electronic Document Management System.
- Provide document and form status updates to relevant owners.
- Manage Smartsheet reporting and assist with troubleshooting MasterControl Docs and FBS workflows.
- Assist with the transfer of change controls and actions from legacy Quality Management Systems to MasterControl.
- Support various ongoing MasterControl projects to ensure system and metric-related compliance.
- Adhere to all PCI, cGMP, and GCP policies, procedures, and rules.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field and/or 1-3 years of related experience and/or training.
- College-level mathematical skills.
- Intermediate computer skills with the ability to perform complex tasks across various programs.
- Full professional English proficiency (speaking, reading, and writing).
- High reasoning and problem-solving skills to handle practical problems with limited standardization.

- Proven ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.
