Masseuse

Responsibilities

• Provide professional massage and wellness treatments following luxury standards
• Perform various massage therapies and maintain treatment records
• Prepare and maintain treatment rooms, ensuring cleanliness and hygiene
• Promote spa services and handle guest inquiries professionally
• Assist with spa or recreation reception duties when required
• Monitor supplies and equipment and report maintenance issues
• Comply with all hotel policies, health and safety regulations, and emergency procedures

Requirements

• Diploma or Certificate in Massage Therapy, Spa Therapy, or a related field
• Valid Massage Therapist License or Government-approved certification
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a hotel, resort, spa, or wellness center
• Proficiency in various massage techniques
• Good command of spoken and written English
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a five-star hotel environment
• Fluency in additional languages
