Massage Therapist

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of massage techniques and body treatments customized to individual client needs and preferences
• Conduct thorough consultations to understand client health considerations and recommend personalized treatment plans
• Maintain high standards of professionalism, hygiene, and client confidentiality
• Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction by delivering consistent, high-quality services
• Promote spa services and products to guests to enhance their experience
• Adhere to strict sanitation protocols for massage rooms and equipment
• Coordinate with the Guest Services team to ensure a seamless guest experience

Requirements

• Valid Massage Therapy License/Certification in State/County
• Proficiency in various massage modalities
• Strong knowledge of Anatomy and Physiology
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 35 pounds
• Flexible availability, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience as a Massage Therapist, preferably in a salon or spa setting
• Valid certification in stretch therapy or a related field
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated attention to detail and passion for customer service
