About the role

Responsibilities

Provide professional massage therapy services including relaxation, deep tissue, therapeutic, and wellness treatments
Assess clients’ needs and recommend suitable massage techniques and wellness services
Ensure a comfortable, safe, and relaxing environment for clients
Maintain high standards of hygiene, sanitation, and cleanliness in compliance with KSA regulations
Build strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service
Maintain accurate client records, treatment notes, and appointment schedules
Promote wellness services, spa packages, and related products
Collaborate with spa and management teams to improve service quality
Maintain and organize massage equipment, oils, linens, and tools

Requirements

Valid Saudi Residency (Iqama)
Minimum 2–5 years of proven experience as a Massage Therapist
Certified qualification in Massage Therapy, Wellness Therapy, or a related field
Strong understanding of professional massage techniques and customer care standards
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to provide a professional portfolio or certifications showcasing previous work
Filipino nationality preferred
