Massage Therapist

Responsibilities

• Deliver premium Swedish-style and Deep Tissue full-body massages
• Perform Anti-Cellulite Maderotherapy treatments using wooden tools (training provided)
• Conduct brief consultations to tailor sessions to member needs, including pressure and focus areas
• Maintain treatment rooms, linens, and tools to a premium 5-star standard
• Maintain concise client notes to ensure continuity of care for returning members

Requirements

• Valid DHA license to practice as a massage therapist in Dubai (or eligibility to obtain one)
• 3+ years of post-certification experience, ideally in a luxury hotel, premium day spa, or members club
• Proficiency in Swedish and Deep Tissue massage techniques
• Strong English communication skills for member consultations
• Physical stamina to deliver a full daily treatment load while maintaining high quality

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Maderotherapy, lymphatic drainage, sports massage, or prenatal massage
• Fluency in Arabic, Russian, or French
