Massage Therapist

Responsibilities

• Administer professional, relaxing, and therapeutic Swedish massages and comprehensive body treatments.
• Master proprietary, high-end massage and branded body treatment methodologies through academy training.
• Communicate effectively with international guests to assess wellness needs and provide personalized advice.
• Drive revenue through excellent service, repeat client bookings, and product recommendations.
• Maintain high standards of spa hygiene and service quality.

Requirements

• Certified Diploma in Swedish Massage covering a minimum of 150 hours of training.
• Strong foundational knowledge of Anatomy & Physiology.
• Conversational English proficiency.
• Knowledge of standard massage modalities and basic body treatments (scrubs, wraps, etc.).
• Flawless personal presentation and excellent listening skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Additional certifications in Shiatsu, Aromatherapy, Reflexology, Reiki, Indian Head Massage, or Sports Massage Therapy.
• Native or fluent Japanese language skills.
