Massage Therapist

Responsibilities

• Perform professional manual massage treatments, including therapeutic, deep tissue, relaxation, and sports massage
• Assess client needs and recommend appropriate personalized treatment plans
• Maintain accurate client treatment records and progress notes
• Ensure the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and professionalism in treatment rooms
• Deliver exceptional customer service to create a welcoming environment
• Educate clients on aftercare and wellness recommendations
• Maintain treatment rooms and equipment in excellent condition
• Adhere to DHA regulations and company policies

Requirements

• 3–5 years of professional experience as a Massage Therapist
• Strong expertise in manual massage therapy and various massage modalities
• Relevant Massage Therapy certifications are mandatory
• Proven experience in therapeutic and body massage techniques
• Excellent client handling, communication, and interpersonal skills
• High standards of ethics, confidentiality, and professionalism

Preferred Qualifications

• DHA eligibility or a valid DHA license
• Experience working in luxury spas, premium wellness centers, or high-end hospitality environments
• Existing repeat clientele
