Massage Therapist

Responsibilities

• Provide high-standard massage therapy and personalized home care recommendations to guests
• Create a feeling of rest and relaxation to ensure high guest retention
• Drive increased treatment and retail sales through professional service and product knowledge
• Interact professionally and with sensitivity to the needs of guests and co-workers
• Maintain a commitment to providing the highest quality of massage therapy

Requirements

• Accredited massage school training
• Applicable massage license to perform services
• Thorough knowledge of anatomy and the effects of specific massage techniques
• Computer literacy
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• 12–18 months of experience working in a high-end resort or urban spa environment
