Responsibilities
- Provide high-standard massage therapy and personalized home care recommendations to guests
- Create a feeling of rest and relaxation to ensure high guest retention
- Drive increased treatment and retail sales through professional service and product knowledge
- Interact professionally and with sensitivity to the needs of guests and co-workers
- Maintain a commitment to providing the highest quality of massage therapy
Requirements
- Accredited massage school training
- Applicable massage license to perform services
- Thorough knowledge of anatomy and the effects of specific massage techniques
- Computer literacy
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- 12–18 months of experience working in a high-end resort or urban spa environment
