Massage Therapist

Responsibilities

• Provide high-standard massage therapy to create a relaxing experience for spa guests
• Offer professional home care recommendations to guests
• Maintain excellent guest care to drive high retention and increased treatment and retail sales
• Interact professionally and with sensitivity to the needs of guests and co-workers
• Demonstrate a commitment to providing the highest quality of professional massage services

Requirements

• Training from an accredited or approved massage school
• Thorough understanding of anatomy and the effects of specific massage techniques
• Ability to identify contraindications and recommend beneficial services
• Computer literacy and excellent verbal communication skills
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
• Must have US Work authorization

Preferred Qualifications

• 12–18 months of experience working in a high-end resort or urban spa environment
