Responsibilities

• Provide professional massage services to employees as part of company welfare benefits
• Manage the daily operations and maintenance of the massage room at the Otemachi headquarters
• Maintain accurate documentation and perform necessary data entry related to room usage and services
• Ensure the massage room environment is clean, organized, and well-stocked

Requirements

• High school diploma or higher
• Valid disability certificate (障害者手帳)
• 1+ years of related professional experience in massage therapy or a similar role
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in documentation and data entry
