Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality massage treatments tailored to guest needs and preferences
• Perform various modalities including Swedish, deep tissue, and aromatherapy
• Maintain a peaceful, spotless, and serene treatment environment
• Consult with guests to understand pressure preferences and desired outcomes
• Partner with spa and guest experience teams to ensure a seamless journey

Requirements

• Active Tennessee Massage Therapist license
• Professional massage therapy experience in spa or hospitality settings
• Ability to work onsite in Whitwell, TN

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in luxury spa or boutique hospitality environments
• Training in specialty services like hot stone or prenatal massage
• Experience serving couples or retreat guests
