Massage Therapist

Responsibilities

• Provide consistent massage and body treatments based on guest needs
• Offer personalized service and maintain a professional attitude
• Recommend and upsell services and skin care programs
• Maintain sanitation, sterilization, and organized work areas
• Care for spa equipment and products
• Communicate spa offerings and benefits to guests
• Handle guest questions and concerns with courtesy

Requirements

• Valid license in the massage therapy field
• Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and oral)
• Ability to perform treatments in-room
• Knowledge of Bloodborne Pathogens procedures
• Ability to work without direct supervision
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work varying schedules including weekends and holidays
• Must pass a background check
