Mass Tort Litigation Associate Attorney

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute litigation strategy for assigned mass tort matters
• Draft, review, and file pleadings, amendments, and substantive motions
• Ensure compliance with case management orders and local rules
• Monitor and implement MDL and coordinated proceeding developments
• Provide substantive direction to paralegals and case managers
• Identify and develop liability and damages proof through medical record review
• Assess and recommend appropriate venue and jurisdiction for filing
• Support settlement and resolution efforts including case summaries and client communications

Requirements

• JD degree required
• Admission to at least one U.S. state bar
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in litigation
• Working knowledge of state and federal civil procedure
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Experience with CM/ECF, PACER, Westlaw, and Litify

Preferred Qualifications

• Substantial experience with complex litigation
• Experience mentoring and supervising others
