Mascot Dresser

Responsibilities

• Assist mascots and performers with dressing, undressing, and quick changes to ensure smooth transitions.
• Maintain costume quality by inspecting items for cleanliness, damage, or wear and tear.
• Perform minor repairs including sewing, gluing, or replacing costume parts.
• Support the mascot team during events by managing props, assisting with crowd control, and ensuring performer safety.
• Monitor performer well-being by managing hydration breaks and necessary adjustments.
• Organize and store costumes, accessories, and props in designated areas.
• Maintain an accurate inventory of all costumes and accessories, reporting any missing or damaged items.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of relevant work experience.
• Proven experience in costume assistance or wardrobe support.
• Ability to perform minor sewing and repairs.
• Experience with inventory tracking and organization.
• Ability to provide event support in a fast-paced environment.
