About the role
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production machines to ensure stable manufacturing of tablecloths and paper products
- Reconfigure, adjust, and restart systems after product changes, including conducting test runs
- Monitor quality during production and intervene when necessary
- Resolve minor malfunctions independently to maintain production flow
- Clean machines regularly and assist with simple maintenance tasks
- Document production data and irregularities
- Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth shift transitions
Requirements
- Production experience is an advantage; career changers with technical interest are welcome
- Basic knowledge of mechanics or electronics is helpful
- Good German language skills for communication in shift operations
- Good color perception and unimpaired color vision
- Independent, responsible, and reliable way of working
- Willingness to work in a shift system (2 or 3 shifts)
