Responsibilities

• Operation and monitoring of machines for the production and packaging of products such as tablecloths, runners, napkins, and washcloths
• Manual tasks including material feeding, quality control, and packaging
• Ensuring smooth production processes within the team
• Compliance with safety, hygiene, and quality standards
• Documentation of relevant production data
• Collaboration with machine operators and the production team

Requirements

• Initial experience in operating production machines, ideally in paper processing
• Technical understanding and a meticulous way of working
• Willingness to work in shifts
• Teamwork, reliability, and commitment
• Willingness to learn and interest in further development
