Responsibilities

• Operate, set up, and start/stop highly automated production systems
• Monitor and document production parameters to ensure quality
• Perform in-process controls and evaluate errors
• React independently to quality deviations
• Conduct maintenance, cleaning, and general upkeep of machinery
• Analyze and resolve technical malfunctions and disturbances
• Actively participate in continuous improvement processes (KVP)

Requirements

• Completed training as a plastics and rubber technician (Verfahrensmechaniker für Kunststoff- und Kautschuktechnik) or a comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in extrusion or injection molding is preferred
• Strong technical understanding of complex systems and processes
• Ability to work in a structured manner with strong problem-solving skills
• High level of personal responsibility and independence
• Willingness to work in a continuous shift operation
