Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor modern food production machinery
• Ensure machine performance and smooth production workflows
• Follow all safety, quality, and hygiene regulations
• Conduct inline quality checks during production
• Perform maintenance, cleaning, and minor repair tasks
• Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient operations

Requirements

• Vocational training as machine/plant operator, food technologist, or similar technical qualification
• Experience operating machinery in food, beverage, packaging, or chemical industries
• Technical aptitude and willingness to learn new equipment
• Basic PC skills for documentation and production systems
• Willingness to work a 2-shift schedule
• Reliable, structured work approach and team orientation
