About the role
Responsibilities
- Set up, prepare, and start up injection molding machines
- Assemble, disassemble, and optimize injection molding tools
- Adjust and monitor process parameters to ensure high product quality
- Perform initial sampling and document production processes
- Analyze and resolve malfunctions during the production process
- Continuously optimize processes to increase efficiency and quality
- Adhere to all quality, safety, and environmental regulations
- Support and guide apprentices in plastics and rubber technology
Requirements
- Completed vocational training with knowledge in plastics (e.g., Plastics and Rubber Technologist)
- Several years of experience operating and setting up injection molding machines
- Strong technical understanding and a high level of quality awareness
- Structured and organized way of working
- Willingness to work in shifts and on weekends
- Proficiency in written and spoken German
- Experience with MS Office is desirable
- AEVO certification is a plus
