About the role
Responsibilities
- Own the global MarTech roadmap for FCTG Corporate brands, including FCM and Corporate Traveller
- Conduct quarterly and annual stack audits to evaluate performance, utilization, and ROI
- Define integration requirements across marketing, sales, analytics, and data platforms
- Manage vendor evaluation, procurement support, and contract renewal processes
- Develop governance frameworks, documentation standards, and usage guidelines to drive tool adoption
- Define and report on success metrics such as CPL, MQL-to-SQL conversion, and attribution accuracy
Requirements
- 4-6+ years of experience in marketing technology, marketing operations, or digital marketing strategy
- Hands-on experience owning and optimizing a MarTech stack within a B2B organization
- Strong understanding of CRM, marketing automation, attribution models, and analytics platforms
- Proven experience leading MarTech implementations and integration initiatives
- Experience with vendor evaluations, procurement processes, and commercial negotiations
- Ability to connect technology decisions directly to commercial KPIs like CAC and MQL quality
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in B2B lead generation environments such as travel or professional services
- Relevant certifications in Salesforce, Marketing Automation, or Google Analytics
- Familiarity with platforms including Salesforce Account Engagement, StackAdapt, GA4, or Power BI
