Responsibilities
- Drive the development and evolution of a modern Marketing Technology platform
- Define data engineering and integration strategy
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Lead engineering or technical delivery teams
- Integrate Customer Data Platforms with CRM, Marketing Automation, and Analytics solutions
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and third-party vendors
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience working with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs)
- Expertise in customer identity management and audience segmentation
- Strong background in Data Engineering and data integration
- Experience with data modelling, identity resolution, and event-driven architectures
- Proficiency with cloud-based data platforms, preferably Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Experience in Agile delivery environments
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
