Marshal Attendant

Responsibilities

• Monitor the course to ensure a smooth pace of play and adherence to club rules
• Assist and encourage players, providing support and guidance as needed
• Address any course-related issues and communicate effectively with golf operations staff
• Enforce golf etiquette and ensure a respectful environment for all players
• Assist with course setup and other operational duties as required
• Promote a positive and inclusive atmosphere on the course

Requirements

• Female, age max. 25 years old
• Minimum High school or equivalent
• Familiar with operating a computer
• Proficient in English
• Fresh Graduate or relevant experience in golf operations or customer service is a plus
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable personality
• Ability to handle dynamic situations calmly and professionally
• Available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
