Markets - Sales and Trading, Summer Analyst

Responsibilities

• Participate in a highly competitive 10-week rotational program focused on the research, trading, and marketing of securities
• Rotate across various products and functions within the Markets division to gain a well-rounded industry experience
• Complete group projects and pitch trade ideas to demonstrate analytical and technical skills
• Attend weekly senior speaker events and networking sessions with product heads and industry professionals
• Engage in a comprehensive week-long training program covering fundamental aspects of the Markets role

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree with an expected graduation date in Fall 2027 or Spring 2028
• Maintaining a minimum GPA of 3.3 or above
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, hybrid environment in New York City
• Intellectual curiosity, attention to detail, and a problem-solving mindset

• Interest in global markets and a determination to succeed in a trading or sales environment
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously while remaining focused on client objectives
