Markets Business Manager - Vice President

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the South East Asia Market Manager to spearhead strategic initiatives that shape the future of the business across Asia.
• Lead dynamic projects by aligning business priorities and driving transformative initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
• Act as a key facilitator to enhance collaboration and streamline communication between teams and support functions.
• Proactively identify and address business risks to ensure seamless and efficient operations.
• Utilize digital tools and AI/LLM-driven data insights to analyze information and provide valuable decision-making support.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or an equivalent field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience within the financial services industry.
• Proven experience in business management, ideally within private banking servicing South East Asia client segments.
• Proficiency in AI/LLM, Excel, Alteryx, and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Ability to exercise superior judgment and discretion when handling confidential information.

Preferred Qualifications

• Articulate in written and verbal communication in Mandarin to facilitate stronger relationships with Mandarin-speaking clients and stakeholders.
