Marketplace Digital Performance Marketing

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to drive sales on 3rd party partner platforms and maximize ROI
• Work closely with media agencies and sales teams to develop effective online media buying plans and manage budget allocation
• Perform quantitative and qualitative analyses to optimize the sales funnel and sustain platform growth
• Utilize analytics tools to track KPIs, generate performance reports, and identify areas for improvement
• Manage day-to-day performance marketing operations, including strategic direction for paid media targeting and content strategy
• Conduct post-campaign analysis to identify opportunities for improved marketplace performance
• Maintain accurate documentation, including the coordination and filing of invoices and media paperwork

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, digital, or a related field
• 2-5 years of experience in e-commerce, online retail, or marketplace environments
• Strong knowledge of digital media metrics, social media platforms, Google Ads, and Meta Ads
• Proficiency in managing Affiliate and Marketplace Ads
• Fluent in both Thai and English (spoken and written)
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and project management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on exposure to various e-commerce platforms
• Knowledge of affiliate marketing
