About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive business growth for influential Sellers on the Amazon Mexico Store by providing strategic insights and joint business plans.
- Develop long-term account plans and business strategies in collaboration with Sellers and internal teams.
- Analyze data and market trends to identify opportunities for new selection, fulfillment, traffic, and conversion drivers.
- Act as a trusted advisor and business advocate for a portfolio of strategic Sellers.
- Oversee key strategic activities, escalate blockers, and advocate for the customer voice internally.
- Track performance metrics to record success and prepare regular business reviews regarding the state of health of assigned accounts.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in client or vendor-facing roles with a focus on relationship management and negotiation.
- Proven experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Fluency in English (speaking, writing, and reading) with the ability to take direction in English.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience aggregating and analyzing internal and external campaign metrics to identify actionable insights.
