Marketing Winning Work Specialist - Transport

Responsibilities

• Support the pursuit and bid lifecycle for the Transport Portfolio, including Rail, Aviation, Roads & Streets, and Maritime.
• Coordinate with Bid Directors and Managers on pursuit strategy, resourcing, and bid prioritization.
• Manage bid processes to ensure compliance, quality, and the delivery of compelling, client-focused submissions.
• Liaise with technical teams, writers, editors, and graphic designers to meet internal and external deadlines.
• Maintain data integrity within CRM systems, SharePoint databases, and bid sites to support pipeline reporting.
• Assist with client-facing activities, including presentation coordination and interview preparation.
• Capture and promote project wins both internally and externally.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Development, or a related field.
• 4+ years of relevant experience in pursuits and bids, preferably within the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) industry.
• Demonstrated experience managing the full bidding lifecycle and delivering high-quality proposals.
• Proficiency with CRM pipeline management tools and SharePoint.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• APMP certification.
• Specific knowledge or experience within the transportation market.
