Responsibilities

• Own avoca.ai end-to-end, designing every new page in Figma, building it in code, and shipping it
• Build and maintain Avoca's marketing component library and design system
• Ship product launch sites, industry conference microsites, and customer story film pages
• Design and build conversion-critical landing pages for paid, SEO, and ABM campaigns
• Lead interaction and motion design, including hero animations and scroll-driven moments
• Partner with Brand, Creative, and Product Marketing teams on web brand expression
• Instrument and ship analytics, A/B testing, and performance optimization (Core Web Vitals, SEO, accessibility)
• Own technical decisions for the marketing stack including CMS, framework, and hosting

Requirements

• 4–7+ years of experience as a hybrid marketing web designer/developer in B2B SaaS, agency, or in-house teams
• Portfolio demonstrating shipped marketing sites that you both designed and built
• Strong React and Next.js fluency
• Production experience with Tailwind, Vercel or Netlify, and headless CMS (Sanity, Contentful, or Storyblok)
• Strong Figma fluency including design system thinking and library management
• Hands-on interaction and motion design experience (Framer Motion, GSAP, or Lottie)
• Strong understanding of marketing performance, page speed, A/B testing, and SEO
• Ability to work in-office full-time at the NYC location

Preferred Qualifications

• Framer or Webflow fluency for rapid prototyping
