Marketing Trainee

Responsibilities

• Understand regional marketing and sales operations and administrative processes.
• Analyze demographics, market conditions, sales patterns, and competitor activities.
• Create comprehensive learning reports including detailed analysis and improvement suggestions.
• Act as a leader in specific assignments to achieve set targets.
• Develop integrated marketing and sales strategies through intensive training in promotion, advertising, and distribution channels.

Requirements

• Fresh graduates or professionals with a strong passion for marketing and sales.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and a willingness to take on new challenges.
• Willingness to travel and reside in various cities across Indonesia.
• A degree in Management or Marketing is preferred, with highly satisfactory academic results.
