Marketing Technology Technical Analyst

Responsibilities

• Build ETL and data pipelines to ingest, transform, and activate enterprise data within Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)
• Manage Contact Builder, including identity resolution, relationship modeling, and customer data architecture
• Configure SFMC components such as business units, subscriber architecture, data extensions, and automation schedules
• Troubleshoot technical issues involving Journey Builder, Automation Studio, APIs, and data synchronization
• Integrate CDP and enterprise systems to unify customer data and improve segmentation and activation
• Implement identity resolution and deduplication strategies to create unified customer profiles
• Design and optimize Automation Studio and Journey Builder workflows for operational efficiency
• Maintain data governance, compliance, and data quality across CRM and SFMC environments
• Develop event-driven marketing solutions for real-time, trigger-based customer engagement
• Create customer segmentation strategies using SQL and CRM data

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and CRM
• Proficiency in SQL and data modeling
• Hands-on experience with Journey Builder and Automation Studio
• Knowledge of REST and SOAP APIs
• Experience with ETL processes and data pipelines
• Familiarity with CDP, identity resolution, and data extensions
