About the role
Responsibilities
- Support implementation and execution across various marketing platforms
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical system solutions
- Assist with CRM migration planning and execution
- Configure, troubleshoot, and optimize solutions across the Martech stack
- Provide tactical support to senior team members on active initiatives
- Ensure alignment across email, data, media, and CRM systems
Requirements
- 6–12 years of professional experience
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience is strongly preferred
- Working knowledge of marketing technology ecosystems
- Proven ability to understand data flows, customer data structures, and cross-platform integration
- Experience executing directly within platforms rather than just managing them
Preferred Qualifications
- Background as a Product Analyst or Technical Product Analyst
- Experience as a Martech Consultant or Specialist
- Proficiency across multiple platforms including CRM, email, and CDP
