Marketing Technology Engineer

Responsibilities

• Administer and optimize key marketing platforms including Marketo, 6Sense, and RingLead
• Build and maintain API- and event-driven integrations between Marketo and other MarTech/SDR systems
• Execute and automate data hygiene processes such as deduplication and normalization
• Implement intake and workflow automations to connect HelpDesk/Asana forms to platform actions
• Build reusable technical assets, program templates, and automation modules
• Set up monitoring and alerting for key integrations using DevOps practices like Git and CI/CD

Requirements

• 6–10+ years in a technical role supporting enterprise B2B SaaS environments
• Strong experience with APIs, webhooks, and integrations (REST/JSON, OAuth)
• Proficiency in Python, Node.js, or TypeScript
• Solid SQL skills and experience with relational databases or cloud data warehouses
• Practical experience with Salesforce and Marketo
• Understanding of B2B funnel concepts like MQLs and lead routing

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with lightweight DevOps practices and configuration-as-code
• Familiarity with cloud services, serverless functions, and containers
• Experience acting as an internal super user for advanced platform features and AI automation
• Background in partnering with IT/IS for data privacy compliance (GDPR/CCPA)
• Experience enforcing UTM and campaign taxonomy
