Marketing Technologist, Data Enablement

Responsibilities

• Build and operate efficient infrastructure to integrate marketing systems and automate data ingestion pipelines.
• Act as a technical liaison between marketing, analytics, engineering, and vendor teams.
• Drive the shift to an AI-native operating model by implementing AI-driven tooling, such as LLM-powered agents and automated campaign setups.
• Enable self-service conversational analytics by deploying AI agents to allow non-technical teams to query data.
• Manage marketing system integrations, build ETLs to prepare analytics datasets, and develop dashboards using Databricks and Tableau.
• Participate in the marketing technology roadmap, including the onboarding, integration, and security review of new platforms.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Engineering, Analytics, Tech Operations, or a Marketing Technologist role.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python (or other relevant programming languages).
• Hands-on experience with AWS services, specifically S3 and Lambda.
• Experience with ETL tools and integrating various marketing systems.
• Proven experience with Databricks and Tableau dashboards.
• Experience applying systems thinking to implement AI-driven workflows and LLM agent deployments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Operations Management, or a similar technical field.
• Experience shipping scalable platforms and services within marketing-related domains.
