Responsibilities
- Act as the point of contact for all marketing activities, including webinars, sales strategies, and Go-To-Market strategy sessions
- Coach and align MSP partners to a proven marketing framework for success
- Ensure client satisfaction by responding promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and Zoom
- Manage time effectively to meet daily and weekly metrics for meaningful customer conversations
- Maintain deep knowledge of the product suite and pricing to educate clients on advantages
- Exercise independent judgment to resolve relationship issues and manage client escalations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing
- Experience managing client relationships with customers or partners
- Proven track record of coaching and influencing clients to achieve goals
- Strong business acumen and understanding of business ecosystems
- Ability to adapt to quickly changing environments and priorities
- Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
