Marketing Support

Responsibilities

• Oversee the marketing department's budget (Demand and Supply), ensuring effective allocation and monitoring usage
• Collaborate with the finance team and vendors to manage quotations, purchase orders, and invoicing procedures
• Manage the procurement and stock monitoring of marketing merchandise such as keychains, t-shirts, and pens
• Maintain vendor registration forms and comprehensive vendor data, including rate cards and portfolios
• Coordinate with third-party partners including influencers, PR agencies, and printing production vendors
• Support the execution of offline marketing activities and events

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 1 year of experience in budget and payment administration
• Proven experience managing payment and purchasing processes
• Familiarity with budget trackers, invoice processing, and payment workflows
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial tracking
• Excellent communication skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders
• A self-driven individual with a passion for working in a marketing environment
