Marketing Support Executive

Responsibilities

• Drive growth and profitability through risk selection, pricing, negotiation, and sales.
• Manage daily work processes within a designated territory to achieve strategic objectives.
• Develop and maintain profitable relationships with new and existing customers.
• Provide technical advice, product training, and assistance with loss prevention and claims issues.
• Analyze customer needs and monitor market trends to recommend product or process improvements.
• Prepare customer and distributor reports to support project implementation.
• Investigate and research potential business development opportunities.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 1+ years of sales experience, OR completion of the Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice program.
• Knowledge of sales principles, techniques, and terminology.
• Understanding of the insurance industry regulatory environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to obtain necessary insurance sales licensing.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2 or more years of professional sales experience.
• Existing insurance sales license.
• Experience analyzing financial statements.
