Marketing Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Increase market share by recruiting and contracting qualified new agents
• Train new and current agents on marketing techniques, products, services, and regulations
• Develop and implement strategies to stimulate sales growth
• Maintain regular communication with farm groups and agricultural organizations
• Coordinate and speak at farm meetings to represent the company
• Communicate company policies, procedures, and territory issues to agents and management
• Resolve complaints from agents or insured parties within the assigned territory
• Supervise and train Field Representatives and Insurance Specialists as assigned
• Attend industry-sponsored seminars and field days

Requirements

• Baccalaureate degree in Agricultural Business or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in crop insurance marketing
• 3-5 years of experience in crop insurance service
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to travel extensively and away from home for extended periods on short notice
