About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide training and consultation to faculty and staff on marketing strategies, tools, and best practices.
- Develop internal resources for audience identification, channel selection, and market research.
- Conduct market analysis to support program and product positioning.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to define marketing goals and strategic plans.
- Build and maintain relationships with field staff and county offices to strengthen regional marketing.
- Partner with communications teams to ensure alignment in messaging, branding, and creative assets.
- Plan, manage, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across platforms like Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Coordinate with external vendors to support campaign execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 3 years of related experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Extensive knowledge of strategic marketing campaigns and competitor research.
- Knowledge of agriculture and natural resources.
- Proven experience using Meta Ads, Google Ads, or Search Engine Marketing.
- Experience training others or providing professional guidance.
- Experience delivering presentations to large audiences.
- Experience using project management tools such as Trello.
