Marketing Specialist - Social Media

Responsibilities

• Actively shape our social media presence, from strategy to creative content creation (text, image, video)
• Analyze KPIs and trends to optimize performance through data-driven insights
• Manage and coordinate external partners to ensure successful campaign execution
• Contribute to performance marketing efforts, specifically within the SEA area
• Independently implement marketing projects with structured reporting and goal orientation

Requirements

• Completed commercial training and initial experience in performance or marketing (agency or corporate side)
• Proven ability to use social media as a strategic marketing tool
• Strong analytical skills to derive actionable measures from KPI data
• Experience in a B2B marketing environment
• Fluency in both German and English
• Creative mindset with a proactive, structured, and flexible working style
