Marketing Specialist - Social Media Focus

Responsibilities

• Actively shape our social media presence, from strategy to creative content creation (text, image, video)
• Analyze KPIs and trends to optimize performance through data-driven insights
• Manage and coordinate with external partners to ensure successful campaign execution
• Contribute to performance marketing efforts, specifically within the SEA (Search Engine Advertising) area
• Independently implement marketing projects with structured execution and clear reporting

Requirements

• Completed commercial training with initial experience in performance marketing or a marketing agency/corporate environment
• Proven ability to use social media as a strategic marketing tool and develop impactful content
• Strong analytical skills to interpret KPIs and derive actionable, results-oriented measures
• Experience in a B2B marketing environment
• Fluency in English and a creative, proactive, and structured way of working
